About

Hello! I’m Lucy.

I’m a woman, friend, and confidante; a coach, mentor, and artist; a businesswoman and enthusiastic knitter of blankets and scarves. I love yoga and wellbeing, and I’m the proud owner of far too many unread books. Drawn to walks in nature and by the sea, I’m a cat with nine lives who actually loves dogs.

But it wasn’t always like this…

After more than two decades in senior retail roles—busy, successful, and often demanding—I realised there was more to discover about my life.

I took a proactive sabbatical, spending time in New Zealand and travelling across Europe. This precious pause gave me space to reflect on my career journey, celebrate my achievements, and consider my future direction. It became a vital period of personal growth, leaving me with renewed clarity, energy, and focus for the next chapter.

About

How did I get here?

During a successful career in Retail Business Strategy, Planning, and Forecasting, I discovered a deep passion for coaching and mentoring—supporting others not only in their professional development but in growing as individuals.

As my career progressed, this passion evolved into a wider commitment to learning and development, leading me to design and implement training programmes at an organisational level.

Driven by a desire to grow further and explore life beyond the familiar, I made the bold decision to take a sabbatical, spending time in New Zealand and travelling across Europe. This period of solo exploration became a powerful turning point—an opportunity to reflect on my achievements, reassess my goals, and reconnect with what truly energises me.

Travelling alone to the other side of the world challenged me in ways my career never had. Immersing myself in new cultures and environments built resilience, broadened my perspective, and instilled a profound sense of confidence. If I could navigate this journey, I realised, I could take on anything I set my mind to.

Today, I’m living a life I once only imagined—grounded in self-belief, enriched by diverse experiences, and driven by a desire to help others discover the same potential in themselves. I’m committed to enabling people to grow, take on challenges, and build the confidence to create meaningful change—in their work and in their lives.
