The Creative Coaching Women's Circle hosts Visionboard workshops inviting participants to use the power of creativity to enable and empower them to visualise and connect to their goals, dreams and desires.
Everyone goes through life stage transitions or periods of change. Visionboards can be created at any time of the year and the workshops encourage participants to gain insight and understanding of their key values or reconnect with their purpose in life.
Visionboards are also known as manifestation or dreamboards. They can be referred to at any point in time to refocus, ground or inspire us.
Participants are invited to create a visionboard to express what their purpose and values mean to them and how they manifest in their daily lives. Whatever you want to achieve, a visionboard is a wonderful way to connect to that dream or aspiration.
Creative Resolutions Visionboard Workshops allow participants to work though a topic, or a desired outcome or goal that they wish to achieve in any given period of time. Coaching questions are used during the workshops to enable and empower individuals to create a visonboard as a grounding, inspiring guide so they can gain further insight to achieve the outcome or goal that they seek.
Coaching questions are used to support the participants journey and at the closing of each workshop everyone is invited to rejoin the circle to share their thoughts if they wish.
Each workshop can be adapted to a specific time and subject matter and all equipment is provided, participants are also invited to bring along any images or quotes they connect with. At the end of each visionboard workshop participants will have a visionboard to keep and take home with them.
Throughout 2025 the Creative Coaching Womens Circle with be hosting optional Visionboard Coaching Circle follow ups where participants can bring their visionboard and join a group coaching session where I will enable participants to review progress and work through challenges on the journey to achieving their vision.
The follow up workshops will be structured around writing and/or sketching and drawing and participants are invited to share their thoughts in the Creative Coaching Womens Circle if they wish.
The average timeframe is 1- 2 hours depending on the content of each workshop or coaching session.
