Coaching and mentoring Individuals and Teams has always been a passion of mine, to partner people on their journey to achieve and thrive in their desired outcomes and goals.
After completing the Animas ICF-accredited diploma in transformational coaching, I now focus on partnering with clients to help them reach their desired goals and outcomes—guided by the belief that through the coaching journey, they too can discover their IKIGAI*, whatever that may be.
Today, I live by my own IKIGAI—my reason for being.
I’m living a life I once only imagined: grounded in self-belief, enriched by diverse experiences, and driven by a passion to help others uncover their own potential.
I am deeply committed to empowering people to grow, embrace challenges, and build the confidence needed to create meaningful change—in both their work and personal lives.
Coaching is a thought-provoking, client-led process designed for anyone with the desire and commitment to change. It can inspire purposeful, lasting transformation across all areas of a client’s life.

Sometimes words can fail us, we want to achieve something that can play a vital role making our lives better, happier and more rewarding. Sometimes we can’t vocalise what we want and need or quite define what is truly stopping us moving forward. It can seems too intangible or difficult to express.
This is where creative coaching can help an individual gain clarity and find the tools to express themselves and gain progress.
Our brains are separated into two hemispheres. The left hemisphere is vocal and enables speech. It is consistent, analytical and logical, It defines a topic by labelling, naming and categorising things.
The right hemisphere is silent, it is where metaphor lives and where non-verbal communication occurs such as facial and hand gestures. It sees the world as flow, in constant flux and change and no experience is the same. For example a river flows but it is never the same from one moment to the next.
The right hemisphere is where intuition and deduction lives and where insight occurs using images, patterns and instincts. It is open to interpretation and can suspend judgement.
We don’t have to be artistic to use creativity and art to express what words cannot define. Creativity and art can work in a more intuitive space to enable a deeper level self awareness and allow transformation to occur.
We can create an image and keep it to refer to as a topic is explored to achieve a goal.
Sometimes words can fail us, Through creative coaching we can achieve something that can play a vital role to make our lives better, happier ,and more rewarding.

By combining traditional coaching with creative coaching techniques, clients can access their intuition and develop a greater capacity to view situations from new and different perspectives.
This approach enables clients to gain clarity around specific issues or challenges. Together, we set meaningful—and sometimes courageous—goals, then break them down into realistic, manageable steps that support steady progress.
It also creates space to explore limiting belief systems and repetitive behavioural patterns. Within this space, clients can identify opportunities for change and define specific actions that move them forward.
When mentoring is included, I draw on my own knowledge and experience across various life stages to support, guide, and inspire clients on their unique journey.
And this is only the beginning…
