As the seasons shift, many of us feel called to pause, reflect and reconnect with ourselves. My coaching sessions and creative workshops are designed to support you through these moments of transition — offering calm, intuitive spaces to explore what’s unfolding in your life. While workshops will return in the spring, my current focus is on 1:1 coaching, providing gentle guidance, clarity and momentum for whatever chapter you’re stepping into next.
Coaching
One-Off Online Coaching Session — £30
A grounding, supportive 1:1 session to help you pause and connect with what you need in your current season of life.
Perfect if you’re navigating change, feeling stuck, or seeking clarity around your next steps.
Three-Session Coaching Package — £25 per session (£75 total)
A short-term coaching journey offering continuity and gentle accountability across three sessions.
Ideal for exploring a theme or life transition in more depth, with space to reflect and move forward with intention.
Five-Session Coaching Package — £22.50 per session (£112.50 total)
A deeper, more spacious coaching container to support longer-term growth, confidence and meaningful change.
Perfect for navigating a bigger transition, working toward a goal, or allowing yourself ongoing space to explore what’s next.
Payment Information
One-off sessions must be paid 24 hours in advance.
Coaching packages must be paid in full 24 hours before the first session.

Workshops (Returning in Spring)
Visionboard Workshops bring together creativity, reflection and coaching to help you visualise your goals, dreams and desires. These sessions offer a grounding, intuitive space to explore transitions, strengthen self-awareness, and reconnect with your core values.
Each workshop includes guided coaching questions, creative exploration, and time to create your own visionboard to take home. Optional follow-up Visionboard Coaching Circles offer continued support and motivation as your journey unfolds.
