My journey with Psychedelic Assisted Therapy
In 2023 I embarked on a course of Ketamine Assisted Therapy for cPTSD and Chronic Pain. This life affirming process completely changed my outlook, perspective and understanding of life.
It broke through decades of negative repetitive thought patterns and released me from limiting self-beliefs and values. I formed new ideas, insights and perspectives on life and life's purpose, and it unlocked a creativity that had been hiding away inside of me since my teenage years.
In recent decades evidence has shown that the brain can regenerate through a process called neuroplasticity*. Psychedelic Assisted Therapy enables different parts of the brain to temporarily connect to allow new thoughts, insights, and perspectives to form through neuroplasticity in a relatively short period of time.
Coaching and mentoring can play a vital role in witnessing, enabling, and empowering the client with these emerging life affirming values and belief systems.
These foundations can then provide the stability for newly formed ideas, insights, and perspectives that make it possible to clarify and establish sustainable lifestyle habits to enable long lasting positive change.
It is through these processes that I have gained a deeper knowledge and acceptance of self. Today I do the things I could have only ever dreamed of, and now I live a more authentic life that I never thought I'd have the confidence to lead. I have cemented the stability and belief in self for the day to day in an ever more challenging world.

Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Aftercare Creative Coaching and Mentoring
Psychedelic Assisted Therapy can produce changes in perception, mood and cognitive processes, it can create a sense of belonging, a feeling of connection to self, others and the wider world and universe. This openness allows the possibility for new ideas, insights and perspectives to form.
From my own personal experience of Ketamine Assisted Therapy It can take more than words to express what is experienced and realised.
Creative coaching and mentoring can connect the voice of the logical, consistent and analytical left hemisphere of the brain to wider concepts of the silent right hemisphere, which sees the world as flow, where intuition lives and insight can occur using images, patterns and instincts.
Coaching and mentoring provides the tools and processes that can make it possible to gain clarity on emerging belief systems and values whilst reflecting on newly formed ideas, insights and perspectives.
Through creative exploration the client can enable and empower themselves to set meaningful, realistic and achievable outcomes and goals by identifying manageable steps and actions that can create the possibility for long lasting positive change.
This process provides the space to observe and reflect on progress and successes, whilst gaining insight on challenges and learning opportunities that arise through the aftercare journey.
